The Aspire Group

Tim Nafziger (he/him) is a Mennonite who lives in the Ventura River watershed on the traditional lands of the Chumash people. He works as a digital consultant, web developer, writer, photographer and organizer. He was part of founding the Ventura County chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice in 2015 and was part of leadership of the group until 2020.

 

He is the co-owner of Congruity Works, a web development and donor database company that does engagement strategy work with clients to build their membership base. Their longtime clients include National Catholic Reporter and Bitch Media. Tim spent six years working with Christian Peacemaker Teams, an international human rights organization, serving two years as interim assistant director from 20012 to 2014.

 

He thrives on cross-pollination, relationship building and small teams working for social change.
