The Aspire Group

Sofia began her career working at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, designing programs, services and curriculum for young people. There, she was appointed to manage the largest LGBTQ youth conference in the country, work alongside local and international LGBT activists, and lead coalitions committed to equity and justice. From there, Sofia and her spouse began offering DEI consulting with schools and orgs around the country. She also became a trainer with the Center for Council, stewarding the methodology of Council to support communities on the frontlines of social justice movements.
