Alan W. Goff
Associate
Alan W. Goff is a social justice educator specializing in the design and facilitation of intergroup dialogue. He works primarily with students and educators to promote solidarity across differences, solidify commitment to justice, and facilitate collaborative action planning for systemic change. His experience includes work in higher education, secondary school, and community settings. He holds an Master of Education in Social Justice Education, an is currently a doctoral student and graduate student researcher in Education at UCLA. He was born and raised in Los Angeles of Belizean heritage. He is a strong supporter of cultural arts, and is a member of a Los Angeles based folkloric dance company.

Na'ilah Mu'ied
Associate
Na’ilah Mu’ied is a creative and intuitive professional whose life work revolves around the hands on study and application of the principles of Psychology, Education, and Spirituality as applied to human behavior and relationship. She has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Multi-Cultural Community Clinical Psychology, and a minor in Sociology. She has over 15 years of experience working in educational, psychological, and non-profit settings as an Educator and Facilitator. She has created a board game, written 5 books of poetry, and she is currently writing a book on a new paradigm for education. As a world traveler she has directly experienced many diverse cultures and lifestyles. In the last 5 years her work has taken her to 3 continents, 6 countries, at least 30 states, and countless cities. While engaging in all of these activities Ms. Mu’ied has been successfully rearing two beautiful daughters.

DeBorah (Sunni) Smith
Associate
Sunni is a consultant and coach who specializes in facilitating leadership development of chief executive officers as well as organizational transformation. Her clientele come from both the corporate and public arenas. Sunni has a solid background in media, business and law. She also coaches/trains Fortune 500 executives, and managers and non-profits leaders. She was awarded a CORO Foundation public policy fellowship; served as Deputy Director of Women & Minority Business in the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office; Executive Director of the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ); and has worked with Lee Gardenswartz and Anita Rowe, who are seminal authorities in diversity and inclusion.

Mark Abelsson
Associate
Mark is a human relations consultant with over twenty-five years in social service planning, administration and training, over twenty years in human relations education, and twelve years in public education. The primary focus of his consulting practice is the design, implementation and evaluation of programs on a wide variety of human relations issues, particularly those related to sexual orientation and gender identity. Abelsson has worked with dozens of companies in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, personally delivering over 750 seminars on human relations issues to more than 15,000 employees. He is also currently an adjunct professor in the Social Work Departments at CSUN and CSULA. Abelsson has conducted human relations and anti-bias related programs for students, teachers and parents
