Lucky is a  seasoned professional in group facilitation, process design and interreligious relations.  As a retired Executive Director for The National Conference for Community and Justice, Los Angeles she brings intimate knowledge of the work and administration of the non-profit sector. She has worked in the field of human relations for the past 30 years.   She is the recipient of the 2003 Urban Shepherd Award from the Los Angeles United Methodist Urban Foundation, 2005 Los Angeles County Commission on Human Relations Courage Award and the 2003 Rosa Parks Award from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Los Angeles.
