The Aspire Group

Lisa is an organizational development consultant working with a variety of clients to develop their leadership, organizational culture, and teams.  Her expertise spans from strategic planning, diversity, change management, and social justice.  She is also an adjunct faculty member at CSUDH, teaching two courses: Intercultural Communication Skills and International Issues in Human Services (Study Abroad).  She attended Santa Clara University as an undergraduate, then Pepperdine University and the Alliant International University for graduate school.  Her background is in biology, organizational psychology with a certificate in Teaching in Higher Education from Harvard’s BOK Center.
