Liz is a dynamic professional committed to improving organizational effectiveness by elevating the unique value of employees across hierarchy, department and experience levels. With over 20 years of corporate experience, Liz is skilled at driving organizational objectives through exceptional human relations and keen business management. As Assistant Vice President, Customer Care at LPL Financial, her focus on team building, professional development, and organizational leadership strategies proved invaluable to the success of the department. Liz deepened her passion for cultural and community engagement as chair of LPL’s Hispanic Employee Resource Group where she mentored members in personal and professional development, branding and marketing, and financial awareness; as well as implemented programs that connected members of LPL to community organizations deeply rooted in Hispanic culture. Under her leadership, the Hispanic ERG earned its first ERG of the Year honors. Liz also served as a consultant to the LPL Advisor Diversity and Inclusion Program representing the needs of the Hispanic community.
