Charhonda Cox has over twenty-four years’ experience in nonprofit management, leadership development, movement building, community organizing, facilitation, training, political consulting, and organization building.

She brings expertise and passion in helping organizations and members thrive, build power, and make change while always utilizing a strategic mindset, collaborative process, and a passion for empowerment in every task. Her work has involved developing and building partnerships and staying aligned with strategic objectives.

As an Executive Director she focused on civic engagement and policy changes, worked closely with others, and developed a deep understanding of field capacity building and collaborative practices. She holds an M.A. in Nonprofit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Houston.
